J represents the age. Up to 1999, the first letter was changed yearly in August,
afterward the letter was changed every six months in March and September. The
letter changing twice yearly was introduced to use up all the letters before the
new system. The letter and years are listed below.
200 is a random number. There can be three, two or one number(s) but they may be
'cherished' plates.
